Overall Satisfaction		Ordered and arrived as informed by customer service. Product info. needs to be expounded upon such as diameter of scale face. Good quality. I am always searching for USA made products, local vendor distribution-pleased to find scalesonline.com in Cleveland, Ohio, 35 miles away. I will order again from this company.

Overall Satisfaction		Im very happy with the scale. But I did get a couple of confusing e-mail regarding its shipment date. One said it had been shipped. Two said that it wouldnt be shipped until Jan 29. Im delighted that I already have it. Thank you, KR
