If you find a competitor selling the same scale in the same condition (new) for less, let us know and we'll beat it if at all possible! Just call or email us and give us the competitors website so we can verify the better price, it is as simple as that!
All of our scales are new and unused direct from the manufacturer (with the exception of open-box inventory items).
Every scale is calibrated by the manufacturer before it ships, calibration through shipping is not guaranteed and a scale may need to be recalibrated once you receive it.

If you plan on making a purchase with Scalesonline.com you will need to set-up an account. An email address is required so that you can receive tracking information for your order. Your information will not be sold or used for other marketing purposes.
Returning customers can sign in with their email address and password to bring up stored information. It is recommended that you verify shipping and billing information every time you sign in. We do not store credit card information, you will have to input that for each purchase.
You get an AVS mismatch error:
This message tells us that the billing address that was entered is not the same as where the bill for the credit card is received. If you are unsure of the billing address, you will need to call your credit card company to get the exact address.

We generally ship through UPS however, an alternative shipping carrier may be used if necessary in order to get your package to you quickly. Some larger scales must go via freight truck, these generally ship FedEX Freight.
Canadian orders are subject to an additional charge for shipping. Any customs, duties or brokerage fees assessed to the shipment for delivery once they enter said country are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over them and do not cover the charges.
You can print your invoice at any time. Just log into you account and click on “view order status and history.” This will allow you to view any recent order you have placed with us.
We will be happy to exchange, refund, or credit any return as long as the scale is in the same condition as when it was received. This means you must have all the paperwork (manual, set up documents, and warranty cards), it must show no visible signs of use, and it must be in the original packaging. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Restock fees may be charged by some of the manufacturer when returning a non-defective item. This restocking fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
Call 866-856-6100 and get a return authorization and return address from one of our customer service representatives before returning the item. If a return is sent without a return authorization RMA number, then it will not be taken care of.
If your order is missing something or you receive the wrong product, call us immediately and let us know. Keep in mind that some products will ship directly from the manufacturer. Your products may have shipped from different locations, which will be indicated on the packing slip. You will not receive any additional shipping charges if this happens.
